Thank you for your interest in a Snapshot Review
The Snapshot Review is a summary review of your property's tax records, including assessment values, tax bills, and exemptions. The Snapshot Review is used to develop a strategy for reducing your property taxes, which may include the recommendation for pursuing an appeal. A more extensive review of records and data is completed during the appeal process. Snapshot Reviews are available for residential properties.
To begin your review, please complete the following steps: (1) complete the intake form, (2) upload your property's assessment notice, and (3) mail in your payment or pay online below.

Step 3: Payment
The flat fee for the Snapshot Review is $300 per residential property.
Checks made payable to "Sorenson Law, LLC" should be mailed to 600 Galleria Parkway, SE, Suite 980, Atlanta, GA 30339. Please write your name or property address in the memo line.
Major credit cards are accepted by clicking the link below. There is a 3% processing fee for all credit card payments.
The Snapshot Review of your property will begin once we receive all the information and payment requested on this page. We will contact you to schedule a phone or in-person consultation upon completion of the Snapshot Review to discuss the results of the review and advise you on a strategy for property tax reduction.
